If all tickets for a particular game sell out, you will have to choose a different option from the list of available games. Ticket redemption for each redeemable game is first come, first served.

You may also upgrade your ticket to a 100 or 200 level ticket. When upgrading, the value of the complimentary ticket will be reduced from the price of the upgraded ticket. When redeeming your camper's ticket, you may also purchase additional tickets for friends/family at group rate pricing.

Any refund request received from May 1 on must be received in writing and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Medical refund requests should be accompanied by a doctor's note. Payments are refundable, minus $100 deposit, through April 30. Additionally, Wizards/Mystics/Go-Go coaches, staff, alumni, community ambassadors, and mascots may also visit. When possible, select Wizards, Mystics and/or Go-Go players may visit camp to interact with participants. While we we make every effort to secure player visits to camp, appearances are not guaranteed and are subject to player availability and schedule. Will any NBA/WNBA players/coaches attend camp? Any request for camper movement that is made after camp has begun will be judged on a case by case basis. Wizards Basketball Camp staff will attempt to honor any grouping request, provided that the request is a) submitted prior to the start of camp, b) will not impact the competitive balance of a particular group, or c) will not have a negative impact on any camper's physical well being.įinal grouping decisions are made at the sole discretion of Jr. How are the campers split up?Ĭampers are initially grouped by age, and by skill level after an initial evaluation period on the first day of camp. Wizards Basketball Camp reserves the right to administer a $50 late pick-up charge to anyone who picks up later than 20 minutes after the designated pick-up time. Is there after-care / pre-care available?Ĭamper drop off is from 8:30 A.M. Arrangements can be made to pick up any medication that is returned to the office by emailing Any medication not picked up by Januwill be discarded. Any medication left at camp will be returned to the Wizards corporate offices at Capital One Arena. All medication must be picked up on the last day of the session. Medication can be dropped off at check in on the first day of camp. What if my son/daughter needs medication? If the local/venue health guidelines change, we will offer customers a 72 hour window to withdraw from a session and/or switch to another session/location without penalty.
SOCCER PLEX PLUS
Wizards Camps will follow all state and local guidelines, plus and any additional venue specific guidelines. We will adapt and adjust our protocols as the health situation evolves and will communicate our specific plans as your camp date approaches. As the camp date is still months away, it is impossible to tell exactly what our on site protocols will be. It is our goal to have the safest experience possible. All Wizards Basketball Camp staff are subject to a rigorous and ongoing screening process. Our coaching staff is made up of experienced coaches from all levels including high school, middle school and AAU coaches, current and former collegiate players/coaches, game officials, trainers and other basketball personnel.
